Popular tennis player, Serena Williams maybe topping the ranking charts and winning a lot of matches in the French Open but she recently lost $105,000 on the sale of her Palm Beach residence. The queen of the courts has sold the residence in Palm Beach Gardens for $595,000 for which she paid $700,000 in 2005.
According to the Business Journal, the home was sold sometime in February 2013 by Jameka LLC, a company owned by Williams.
Listing records of the home state that the residence is a 4846 square feet home sitting on a 8580 square feet lot. Built in 2005 the home comprises of five bedrooms and five full and one half bathroom, the place is a beautiful Mediterranean style single family residence.
Interiors of the double story home boast of stone tiled flooring and large glass doors and windows. Living spaces include a large living room, formal dining room, a family room, a den and an office. The home also has a modern kitchen. Outside, the home has an infinity pool, a large tennis court and two garages. The home offers ample views of the water canal.
