Prince William and Prince Harry continue to keep the memory of their late mother, Princess Diana, alive. According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, there are rumors running around saying that the Wales brothers are asking Queen Elizabeth to give back the "Her Royal Highness" title to their mother.
It has been reported that it was in 1996 that Diana was stripped down by her title as Her Royal Highness by Queen Elizabeth as part of the Wales divorce agreement. Reportedly, at that time the young prince William promised her late mother that once he became the King, he will give back her title. With how things are going right now, it looks like William is really determined to keep the promise he made to her mother.
CDL also reported that when Prince Harry joined the "Walking With The Wounded" in Britain, he said that "Diana was his inspiration and he intends to follow her footsteps" in making behind the scenes charity works.
According to PEOPLE, the Duke of Cambridge gave a heart-warming and emotional speech at the 21st anniversary celebration for Child Bereavement UK. The late Princess Diana was one of those who helped launch the organization and now Prince William is a patron of it.
The prince began his speech by saying, "Twenty-one years ago last month, my mother attended the launch of the Child Bereavement Charity." He continued, "Fifteen years later, I was honored to be invited to become Patron of Child Bereavement UK to continue my mother's commitment to a charity which is very dear to me."
The 33-year-old prince added, "What my mother recognized back then and what I understand now is that grief is the most painful experience that any child or parent can endure."
The Daily Mail reported that the organization's Founder Patron, Julia Samuel, was one of his mother's best friends and now she is one of the godmother's of William's son, Prince George.
