Martin Hilton, the executive producer of popular dating reality show, "The Bachelor," has reportedly purchased a home in Los Feliz for $2.7 million. The sellers are popular Los Angeles musicians Julie Hermelin and Mitchell Frank.
According to the Real Estalker, the owners listed the home sometime in late April for around $2.5 million. Just after sitting on the market for a week or two, the residence went under the escrow. Apparently, there was stiff competition for snagging the property and various offers were made but the final bid went to Hilton who paid the aforementioned price for the house.
Listing records of the home state that the residence is a 3805 square feet residence with four bedrooms and four full and one half bathroom. Done up in modern architecture with fine interiors, the home is a super catch.
Interiors of the residence boast of hardwood floors, food framed doors and windows. Outside the home has lovely gardens and ample sitting areas. Living spaces include a living room, a family room, a dining area, a game room, a dressing area and an office.
Zillow describes the property as:
"The property in question is located in Los Feliz and, like many of the homes in the area, is built in a Mediterranean-influenced style. Constructed in 1922, the home sits on a third of an acre adjacent to Laughlin Park. Interior shots and listing details show the home has been completely renovated, with high-end appliances added to the kitchen and an newly opened-floor plan flowing into outdoor living spaces. The 4-bed, 4.5-bath house measures 3,805 square feet."

"I never thought I would want to find love on a television show. But after dating doozies over the years, now I understand. On Thursday night, I auditioned to be among future Bachelors and Bachelorettes at Maryland Live! casino in Hanover. (I've been watching "The Bachelor" since I was 14. At 25, I'm still watching the dating show and its sibling, "The Bachelorette.")"
