Jacqueline Laurita, one of the stars of popular reality show "Real Housewives of North Jersey," has managed to save her mansion from going into foreclosure.
According to TMZ, Laurita was sued by the Hudson City Savings Bank in February 2013 for missing a monthly mortgage loan payment of $10,175. She had acquired a $1.6 million loan from the institution sometime back in 2007. The terms of the loan stated that if Laurita misses even a single payment, the bank could claim back the whole amount.
According to the listing records, the home is a 5674 square feet manse sitting on a 76,230 square foot lot.
When Laurita failed to cough up the monthly mortgage amount in February, the bank sued her. However, the bank dropped the lawsuit on April 14, 2013. She must have somehow found a way to settle the suit outside court and saved the home from going into foreclosure.
She recently celebrated her autistic son's fourth birthday at home.

"I love you was the sweetest and most precious gift to receive. Who cares if we had to bribe him with a lollipop? He said it! That moment was much more emotional than what you saw in that scene. To me, it meant there was hope. If he was capable of saying that and all that he had accomplished thus far, I believed he could do so much more. And since then, he continues to surprise and impress us with his accomplishments. He is truly a blessing."
