Famous talk show host Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia De Rossi are unloading their penthouse in Beverly Hills after recently purchasing a mansion in Santa Barbara for 26.5 million. The penthouse is now listed with an asking price of $899,000.
DeGeneres purchased the place for $835,000, three years ago. Looks like, she is now selling the place at a slight profit, reports OK!
According to the listing records, the top floor condo is a 1683 square feet residence comprising of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sitting on the top floor of the Somerset Condos, a luxury apartment building on Swall Drive, the residence provides beautiful mountain views.

So what exactly is DeGeneres doing with those little profits she is making on the sale of her real estate trophies? Apparently, she is sponsoring honeymoon trips for folks at her talk show. She recently surprised a lesbian military couple granting them $20,000 cash and sponsoring their honeymoon to a resort on an island in Fiji, all expenses covered, reports The Huffington Post.
