Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky Unloading New York Condo for $4.4 Million

Chelsea Clinton and her husband Mark Mezvinsky are reportedly selling an apartment in Grand Madison, New York, for around $4.4 million.

Now that the couple is moving into their beautiful Manhattan apartment in the Whitman Building that they purchased for $10.5 million in March, the listing does not come as much of a surprise.

The Grand Madison condo was purchased by Clinton sometime back in 2008 for $4 million. The home has been the couple's primary residence since their wedding in 2010. Located at the Madison Square Park in the Flatiron District of New York, the home was built in 1906 and renovated several times.

The home is a 1,922 square feet spread comprising of three bedrooms and two full and one half bathroom. The listing of the home lies with Marcy Grau of Stribling & Associates.

The listing describes the place as:

"Enjoy glorious southern views of Madison Square Park, the Flatiron building and beyond from this mint 3 bedroom home at the Grand Madison, a full service pre-war condo. The coveted J-line has a well laid out floor plan that is perfectly suited to entertaining and gracious living. A large entry foyer leads to a dramatic light-flooded living room/dining room with ten foot ceilings and walls of windows. The open chef's kitchen has been outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances. The large master bedroom has generous closets and a luxurious marble en-suite bath with double sinks and separate steam shower and soaking tub. There are two additional bedrooms, another full bath and powder room as well as a washer/dryer. Electronic shades and a Creston A/V system complete the picture. The huge storage room on the same floor is an added bonus. The Grand Madison, one of downtown's premier buildings, is a recently converted pre-war condo with a magnificent lobby, doorman, concierge, live in super, gym and valet/dry cleaning service. Madison Square Park, Eataly and great restaurants are steps away."

The lovey-dovey couple make a lot of time for each other despite having busy schedules. Apparently, every Sunday is family and movie time for them.

"I'm incredibly close to both my parents individually and collectively. And thankfully, my husband loves them. Lots of dinners, lots of movies, lots of walks with the dogs. Between the four of us, we now have four dogs," Clinton said to PEOPLE.
