Tamar Braxton, the "Only Love" hit maker, has reportedly sold her palatial digs in Los Angeles for a full $3.5 million profit. She purchased the home sometime back in September 2011 for around $3.4 million. She has now managed to unload it for a cool $6.9 million.
There is some discrepancy about the actual price that Braxton bought the mansion for in 2011. The Real Estalker is unsure if Braxton paid $3.4 million for the mansion in 2011 because some listing records claim that it was purchased for $6.9 million. Braxton first listed the home in October 2012. Apparently, the home sold late in April 2013.
The residence is a 12,000 square feet single family residence comprising of five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Interiors of the home feature marble, stone and hardwood flooring with beamed and tray ceilings. Wood-framed glass doors and windows line the several rooms of the house.
Living spaces of the residence include a large central foyer that has two wooden staircases leading up to the upper floor. The lower level has a large living room, a dining area and a family room. Other amenities include a pub/ a game room complete with a wet bar, a study, a wine cellar, a media room and a modern kitchen with a mid-rise island.
Outside, the home has an open barbeque, vast stretches of greens, large sitting areas, a pool with fountains and a waterfall as well.

News of Braxton selling her house comes just after she and husband Vincent Herbert welcomed their baby boy. On Father's Day, Braxton posted the first picture of her baby clutching Herbert's finger on twitter. She also revealed their baby's name.
Her post read:
"Happy Father's Day to the love of my life, my best friend, my husband Vincent Herbert! Our son Logan Vincent Herbert & I are proud to share this day with you!! We love you soooooo much!!"
Braxton and Herbert wed in 2008. This is their first stint at parenthood.
