'Dragon Ball Super' Episode 16 Spoilers, Synopsis: Goku and Vegeta Ask Whis to Train Them

In "Dragon Ball Super" Episode 16, it is now transitioning to a new series as the "Battle of the Gods" ended referring to the intense battle between Goku and Beerus.

The next episode, "Resurrection F," will show the newly resurrected and more powerful Frieza. With that, Goku and his friends will undergo training in order to gain more power. Goku will have a new journey in order to surpass the strength of Lord Beerus but then his wife Chi-Chi urged him to stop, Latin Post reported.

Chi-chi forbids Goku to train further and encouraged him to focus on farming. But despite Chi-chi's request, Goku will still train in secret with his friend Krillin. Considering that Goku needs to train for the Super Saiyan god level, he would need a different training partner who is more powerful than Krillin. This is where his longtime friend and rival Vegeta gets in.

The two will request Whis to train them but would need to do several comical tasks before Whis agreed to train them. Whis is the teacher of God of Destruction Beerus and loves to eat a lot that is why both Goku and Vegeta will try to get Whis to eat, Attack of the Fan Boy reported.

By the time Frieza is resurrected, Goku and Vegeta will reach the Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan mode. How they got to that state isn't revealed yet. Fans are looking forward to know the kind of training they undergo in order to achieve the Super Saiyan God aura.

"Dragon Ball Super" Episode 16 is entitled "Vegeta Becomes a Pupil?!? Take Down Whis," will air on Sunday, Oct. 25, 2015 with the synopsis, according to Yibada: "Vegeta learns Whis is Beerus' teacher and is shocked. Vegeta gets told that he might surpass Goku if he controls his Ki and Vegeta asks Whis to train him, "but!". Kuririn reminisces about the time he trained with Goku, wants to know how much stronger he is now and asks Goku to hit him."
