Olivia Wilde’s Los Angeles Home Sold for $2.1 Million

Olivia Wilde of medical drama series "House" has reportedly sold her Los Angeles home for $2.19 million. The home went under contract sometime back in April and sold almost two months of the "Sale Pending" sign.

Wilde purchased the home in March 2011, after her separation from husband Tao Ruspoli. They officially divorced a few months later. Wilde was initially renting out the home for $11,000 a month until October 2012. In November she listed the residence for $2.4 million. However, she took it off the market in December and listed it on April 5, 2013.

According to the listing records, the two story home is a Spanish style villa with 3284 square feet of living space. The residence sits on a 8929 square feet lot and comprises of four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Built in 1929, the home has French doors and windows with dark hardwood and Malibu tiles flooring.

Living spaces include a large living room, a formal dining area, a media room and a library/study. An original bar and a spa are some of its other amenities. Outside, the home has a gazebo and a pool with a waterfall. The place has one covered parking space.

With her LA home sold, she has bid goodbye to her old memories. She is now engaged to actor, Jason Sudeikis. The couple was recently spotted shopping for eatables at El Lay grocery store Bristol Farm for a cozy romantic dinner, reports Perezhilton.com.

Wilde is also preparing for the release of her rom-com flick "Drinking Buddies", that is slated to hit the theaters July 25.
