"Mortal Kombat X": Developer Teases Two of The Four Upcoming Characters for "Mortal Kombat X"

Ever since NetherRealm Studios has confirmed that there will be more DLCs to come for "Mortal Kombat X" it has been tight-lipped about the next four DLC characters to be added.

Fans have been speculating who the next four characters would be. In a previous report it was mentioned that the four new characters would most likely come with "Kombat Pack 2 DLC" and that the new characters would be coming from another new franchise given the fact that Freddy Kruger and the Predator have already been added. It was also reported that Todd McFarlane gave NetherRealm his permission to use Spawn in "Mortal Kombat X".

Then a recent tweet from "Mortal Kombat" Co-Creator and NetherRealm Studios Creative Director Ed Boon teases two characters who might be joining the cast of Mortal Kombat X, Captioned, and "We can't feel our face when we're with you! And we hate it. And we hate it." The two characters in the photo are Drahmin and Havik with the latter seeming to be more probable as a new character. On the other hand according to Latin Post, some fans are also being cautious thinking that Boon coul simply be trolling because the game developers have not confirmed anything yet and there are reports saying that Boon does not like Drahmin.

In the meantime, fans continue to voice out character suggestions with some suggesting characters like, the Joker from Batman. But according to Day Herald, there is a chance that it would be four of the following names: Baraka, Night Wolf, Smoke, Sindel, Noob Saibot, Bo'Rai Cho, Fujin, Cyrax, Sektor and Kabal. This is because these names have already been introduced in the main storyline even if they are not included as playable fighters.

Eventually, the "Kombat Pack 2 DLC" will be released sometime in 2016 PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
