American model Niki Taylor and her husband, Burney Lamar, have listed their home in Brentwood, Tennessee, for just $1.4 million. Taylor purchased the spread for $1.3 million sometime back in 2004, when she split with country singer, Keith Urban.
The home first appeared on the market with a $1.75 price tag in August 2012. However, failing to sell then it was taken off the market. It has now returned with a price-chopper.
According to the listing records, the home is a 4719 square feet single family residence, sitting on a six acre lot. The double story colonial style home comprises of four bedrooms and three full and one half bathroom.
Living spaces of the home include formal living and dining rooms, an eat-in kitchen, a library, a recreation room and a lounge as well. The residence has spacious outdoors with large patios and a built-in barbecue under a separate shed. A swimming pool, a spa and vast stretches of greens make up the exteriors.

Taylor lived in the house with Lamar and her two kids. She has a 4-year-old daughter Ciel and an 18-month-old son, Rex. She also has two 18-year-old sons (twins) from her previous marriage. They live with their grandparents.
Talking about her family, she said to PEOPLE:
"Ciel is a princess tornado! But she loves her brother. They play together every morning, and she helps him learn how to do new things. Now he is switching to solid food. Burney is an amazing dad who cooks, takes care of the house and does everything with the kids. Ciel has him wrapped around her finger."
In another interview with Celebrity Baby Scoop, she said:
"This is the last year of school for my twin sons. School, driving, hanging out with friends, and music are very important to them right now. They also have jobs at Publix."
