Naya Rivera’s Beverly Hills Home Sells for $1.9 Million

Naya Rivera, who plays Santana Lopez in popular musical series, Glee, has reportedly sold her Beverly Hills home for $1.93 million after listing it late in April 2013 for $2.1 million. Though the home sold lesser than her asking price, Rivera still made a slight profit out of the sale. She had snagged the home in 2012 for around $1.4 million.

Where Naya has some real singing talent, her mother definitely has some real estate talent. Apparently, Naya's mother, Yolanda Rivera, was the listing agent of the residence. Maybe that is why the home sold at such a fast pace.

According to the listing, the home is a remodeled four bedroom, three full and one half bathroom single-family-residence, sitting on a 34,063 lot. Spread across an area of 3300 square feet, the place has hardwood floors and large glass windows.

Living spaces include a formal living room, a dining room, a library with a wet bar and a modern eat-in kitchen. The master suite has a built in sauna and steam bath. In the backyard of the house, a salt water pool, a Jacuzzi and a fire pit also exist. The home has a garden with sprinklers and a two car garage too.

Rivera now lives in Los Feliz. She purchased her new home for $2.6 million. The residence spans an area of 4158 square feet comprising of five bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Featuring an east-coast style architecture, the house has various luxury amenities like a spa, a pool, a wet bar and a claw-foot bathtub in the master bathroom.

Rivera was recently spotted attending the opening of Caroline Herrera's brand new store in Beverly Hills.
