Adam Levine Sells Hollywood Hills Home for $3.5 Million

Pop-Rock band "Maroon 5" front man, Adam Levine, has quietly sold off his Hollywood Hills home for $3.5 million. Levine purchased the home for $3.19 million in November 2005. Considering the price it sold for, looks like he has earned a small profit on the sale.

According to the Real Estalker, the home is a 2045 square feet, single family residence comprising of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Interiors of the home are sleek and luxurious, designed by famous decorator, Mark Haddawy.

The 1940 Ranch-style home was also featured in the March 2012 issue of the Architectural Digest. Pictures of the home reveal mixed flooring, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a gourmet kitchen, marble bathrooms and lovely views of the hills. Outside, the home has a resort-style swimming pool and a smaller oval-shaped one. An adjoining spa and an outdoor fireplace make up the exteriors.

The feature on Arch Digest reads:

Yes, this well-mannered, hardworking L.A. boy made good has a theatrical side. It's evident in his debonair home, too, in the thick burgundy velvet curtains that maintain a nightclublike darkness even in the middle of the day. "My job means I work late," Levine says. "These ensure I get some sleep." After all, this is the man who penned the hit song "Never Gonna Leave This Bed." In such refined surroundings, why would you even want to?

But why did Levine sell the house off? Perhaps he is moving in with new model girlfriend, Nina Adgal. The couple went public with their relationship as they were spotted holidaying in Mexico.

Levine might have been in and out of relationships, but that doesn't mean he is just another bee, hopping from one woman to another. In fact, he loves being in love and according to The Huffington Post, he is "a fan of the idea of being with someone forever".

Levine said to Details Magazine:

"There's two kinds of men. There are men who are f**king misogynist pigs, and then there are men who just really love women, who think they're the most amazing people in the world. And that's me. Maybe the reason I was promiscuous, and wanted to sleep with a lot of them, is that I love them so much."
