Darby Stanchfield of “Scandal” Lists Hollywood Hills Home for $969,000

Darby Stanchfield, who plays "Abby Whelan" in ABC drama series "Scandal", has reportedly listed her home in Hollywood Hills for a little less than a million - $969,000. The TV actress purchased the home in 2006 for around $900,000. Looks like, she is flipping it for a slight profit.

According to the listing records, the residence is a 1,608 square feet home sitting on an 8,186 square feet lot. Built in 1922, the single family residence has three bedrooms and four bathrooms with central heating and cooling.

The listing describes the home as:

Private celebrity owned hill side bungalow with panoramic green belt and Downtown skyline views. Very light and bright southern oriented home with more windows than walls. Huge outdoor decks for dining, entertaining and observing the views. Gated for privacy. Off street parking for four cars. Absolute turn-key property. Detached guest house with permitted bathroom (buyer to verify). Updated systems and new roof, surround sound systems, raised garden beds. Guest house great for office, den or guests to stay.

Stanchfield was recently spotted at the premiere of "Peeples" that released in May. She was there in support of her "Scandal" co-star, Kerry Washington who plays "Grace Peeples" in the movie.
