After three years of trying to sell her Los Felix house, "Private Practice" star Kate Walsh was finally able to sell her mansion for $4.67 million. She bought the house in 2007 for $4.75 million and put it up for sale in May 2010 with an asking price of $4.29 million. Though she finally made the sale a little below her purchasing price, she managed to earn a few thousand dollars above her initial asking price.
The house was built in 1928 and the four-bedroom mansion continues to retain some of its original details like its grand staircase and a tiled mail entry. The 5,940 square-foot home features a pool and spa, a pool house, an alfresco dining area and an outdoor kitchen. Adding to the charm of the mansion are five fireplaces, an oval inset ceiling in the formal dining room and a wine room.

Walsh's Los Felix house is located across the road from "Dexter" actor Michael C. Hall's house. He bought the mansion for $3.825 million in May, reports Redfin.
The actress, who currently plays Dr. Addison Montgomery on "Private Practice" which is a takeoff of her role from "Grey's Anatomy", has been making headlines for her "wacky posts and colorful commentary" ever since she joined Instagram.
