Actress and comedian Rosie O'Donnell is planning to sell her 130 West 12th Street apartment, which she bought just about a year ago.
Just nine months ago she shelled out $8.09 million for the beautiful apartment and has now decided to sell it for $10.95 million. The apartment is a part of St Vincent's Hospital that was converted into condos.
The apartment has four bedrooms with three bathrooms and a 429-square-foot private terrace. O'Donnell renovated the home extensively. The apartment has lovely art and playfully colorful carpets and creative light fixtures.
The Observe reported that the apartment appeared to be flawless and was designed by Cook + Fox. The house features huge windows facing the Empire State building, has a smooth floor plan with easy flow between the kitchen, living and dining rooms and the luxurious terrace.
If O'Donnell strikes a deal with potential buyers she'll make a 35 percent profit. Also the future apartment dwellers will be neighbors to Theory CEO Andrew Rosen, who bought his apartment shortly after O'Donnell.
This June O'Donnell sold her Miami mansion that had a beautiful banyan tree.
