Are Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. divorcing? New reports claim that the longtime couple is on the verge of splitting as they have been feuding over money and work matters.
This appears to be a shocking news for the fans of Sarah Michelle and Freddie as they are one of the few pairs in Hollywood, who remain together for more than a decade. According to rumor mills, they have been fighting more often since he had spinal surgery. Due to his operations, he was bedridden for some time and it reportedly caused a strain as she was the only one working for their family, OK! Magazine reports.
"They've been at each other's throats for a year now," a source claimed. "It's been a long, slow decline for them. At this point, it's pretty clear they're together only for the kids."
Sarah Michelle and Freddie are parents to a 6-year-old daughter, Charlotte and to a 3-year-old son, Rocky. Although she was a supportive and understanding wife to him as she's the only breadwinner, she reportedly couldn't hold on anymore as he seems to be enjoying his life relaxing at their home, Life And Style Mag reports.
Freddie reportedly "spends his days playing video games and buying childish things." Sarah Michelle, warned him that if he doesn't grow up soon, it will be the end of them, the source adds.
Meanwhile, recent photos of Sarah Michelle and her two kids emerged online. The pictures were released by FoodStirs on Tuesday, Oct.20, where the happy mom and kids tandem were working in a flour and dough concoction. The kids are looking cute and are growing up with strong resemblance to Sarah Michelle and Freddie. In an interview with Us Weekly, she revealed the success of her new business was credited to her family.
"I think initially the inspiration came from my family," Gellar told the magazine. Her new business, a kid-friendly, cooking lifestyle brand sells kits for family activities. "I'm always looking for things that I can do with my family where we really enjoy the experience, where you get to unplug and connect, and... Everything happens in the kitchen."
