Comedian and talk show host Chelsea Handler's former boyfriend, NBC chairman Ted Harbert, has listed their once cozy love nest for $4 million.
In 2008, the couple bought the luxurious condo in Marina Rey, California. They split the $3.8 million price of the house. But by 2010 Handler moved out of the condo and sold her share of the pad to her ex-beau. Harbert has now decided to sell the condo for $3.95 million, just $150K extra than the actual price of the house paid by the couple five years ago.
The condo, that has glass-walls, boasts of three-bedrooms, four and a half-bathrooms and huge space. The house has a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean with automated lights and an up-to-date sound system.
The condo comes with all luxurious building amenities that include valet parking, concierge, rooftop sky-lounge, yoga studio and an outdoor swimming pool.
Handler and Harbert began dating in 2006. In 2010, Handler announced on her late-night talk show, 'Chelsea Lately,' about their break-up.
It seems the reason for the breakup was too much work on both sides and less of loving. Harbert was the CEO of Comcast Entertainment Group then and Chelsea as always was busy with her show and related appearances. And as is usual with celebrity and business couples, work came before love.
