Pharell Williams Slashes Miami Penthouse Asking Price to $10.9 Million

Rapper Pharell Williams has reportedly given his Miami penthouse a huge $6 million price chopper and is now asking just $10.9 million for the plush residence, according to several media reports.

Williams first listed the home in November 2012 for $16.8 million. Failing to sell since then, he has now decided to lower the asking price. According to Forbes, he purchased the home in 2007 for around $12.7 million. Considering his current asking price, he will probably be selling for a loss.

Listing records of the home state that the residence is a 9,080 square feet three floor penthouse, sitting atop Bristol Tower Apartments in Brickell. On the whole, the residence has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Other amenities of the residence include a bar, a laundry, a media room, an office, a studio and large open balconies.

The listing describes the home as:

Expansive tri-level, 360' palace in the sky with a 180' wrap-around balcony & sprawling terraces. Step off the elevator & into a private foyer, where you'll be greeted by an open living space, floor-to-ceiling glass & amazing views from every angle. Rooms on all levels are luxuriously appointed. The exterior is as spectacular as the interior. Spacious pool terraces, 2nd level pool, summer kitchen & rooftop terraces all combine to create a tropical feel atop the world!

Building amenities include 24/7 doorman services, pool, cafeteria, tennis courts and valet parking services as well.

While Williams is trying to get his high-rise penthouse off his back, he has also been reigning the blockbuster charts for quite some time now. Daft Punk's "Get Lucky" that features Williams and Nile Rodgers has been named the best selling single of 2013 until July.
