Brian Van Holt who plays "Bobby Cobb" on hit series "Cougar Town" has reportedly unloaded a nice chunk of real estate from his kitty. The TV actor has sold his Venice, California apartment for $925,000.
According to the Zillow Blog, Holt purchased the home for around $726,500 in 2004. Having listed it on the open market first in March 2011 for around $889,000, the home received a small price chopper and was taken off the market in November that year. The listing records don't show an official public comeback of the home on the market, which must mean Holt, sold it as a pocket listing and minted a good profit too!
Listing data of the home states that the condo is a top floor unit of the Electric Avenue Apartment in Venice. The condo is a 1096 square feet unit comprising of one bedroom, one full and one half bathroom.
The listing describes it as:
Hip, modern, architectural, live/work loft one block off Abbot Kinney Blvd. 1bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, light filled corner unit with large windows, polished concrete and hardwood floors. Lots of ways to enjoy the ocean breezes with a 9 ft. pocket sliding window in the main living area, a private balcony off the kitchen, and a large slider up in the lofted bedroom. Huge private roof top deck with 360 degree views of the city. Large private, 2 car tandem garage with built in storage and direct access into your unit. Complete with modern bathroom finishes, stainless steel applainces, a wall mounted flat screen, and washer/dryer. Great Venice location!
Building amenities include a pool and an attached garage for parking. Check out the photos of the loft, here.
So now that Holt has sold his apartment off, where is he heading to? Will he be moving in with Cougar town co-star, Courtney Cox? Recently, the tabloids were flooded with news of Holt and Cox being spotted at a cozy dinner date in West Hollywood.
A source said to US Weekly, "they've been going out for about six months" and that the two "acted like boyfriend and girlfriend" during their outing.
