"The Avengers" actress Scarlett Johansson has reportedly sold her condo in Los Angeles for $470,000. She has apparently moved to New York City, according to the Daily Mail.
However, the move doesn't come as a surprise as NYC is her native city and now she is dating French creative agency manager, Romain Dauriac, who works in the city. Johansson purchased the pad in 2003 for $373,000 and first listed it in 2010. After being taken on and off the market two times, the home has finally sold for a little profit.
According to the listing records, the condo is a top floor residence comprising of one bedroom and two bathrooms. The home is a plush place with modern facilities and lovely views of the city's skyline.
Celebuzz.com describes the place as:
The designer 1-bedroom, 2-bath abode is completely remodelled with gleaming hardwood floors, marble countertops, stone and wood panelled walls, and other luxe features like a pool, gym, rec room, valet and 24-hour doorman all at her perfectly manicured fingertips.
The top floor unit also has gorgeous views of the Hollywood Hills, Griffith Observatory, and Downtown L. A. and is just minutes from all the celeb attractions.

Johansson and Dauriac just got back from a romantic vacation in Paris. However, the couple plodded through the airport terminals separately. Maybe Johansson wanted to go all incognito. She was seen wearing black leggings, a black hooded top and a baseball cap, reports Perezhilton.com.
On the work front, Johansson has reportedly replaced Samantha Morton in a new film by director Spike Jonze, despite scenes shot already. According to the director, the replacement was made because the character didn't suit Morton.
"Samantha was with us on set and was amazing. It was only in post-production, when we started editing, that we realized that what the character/movie needed was different from what Samantha and I had created together," Jonze said.
