Vince Vaughn Puts Chicago Home For Rent; Asking $9500 a Month

Vince Vaughn of the "Wedding Crashers" fame has reportedly put up his plush Chicago town home for rent and is asking $9500 a month, according to several media reports.

Vaughn put the place up for rent first in 2009. The place asked $9500 then too. However, failing to find tenants, he slashed down the price thrice before finding a renter who took it for $7000 a month. Looks like, Vaughn is trying his luck at pricing the place a little high again, and he could always reduce it if he doesn't manage to grab a renter.

According to Curbed, the home is a 4063 square feet home comprising of three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The listing describes the home as:

Luxury and location at its finest. Located in the prestigious City Club development, this highly upgraded and light-filled 3 bedroom, 3.2 bath + den (can be converted to 4th bed) 3 car garage, custom designed home theater with seating for 7, 4 flat screen TVs, surround sound, custom master bath with steam shower, hardwood floors thru-out, spacious roof top terrace with skyline views! Access to deck. 3rd floor den.

Vaughn has hardly lived in the place. More recently he purchased a $3.9 million residence in the posh hill-town of La Canada Flintridge in San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles. He also owns a three-level penthouse sitting atop Chicago's Palmolive Building. He had listed it on the market for $16.8 million but hauled it off in February as it failed to sell, reports Radaronline.com.

Vaughn must be really excited as his second baby is due August 5. Vaughn announced that he and his wife, Kyla Webber are expecting their second child on the Ellen DeGeneres show. T he couple already has a two-year-old daughter, Locklyn.
