Gavin Maloof, one of the brothers of the famed Maloof family who own many business properties and casinos around America and who also used to own the NBA team, Sacramento Kings, has reportedly listed a large estate in Las Vegas for $12 million.
Apparently this is not the first time Maloof has tried unloading the property. Sometime back in 2009, he attempted to sell it for around$14 million. However, the listing was removed as it failed to sell. Now the estate has made a comeback with a price chopper, reports Zillow.
Maloof purchased the property in 2007 for around $10 million. Looks like, he is looking for a $2 million profit now.
The listing records of the estate state that the property is one of the finest in Las Vegas. A 13,789 square feet home sits on a large 40,510 square feet lot. Built in 2007, the main home has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The home is stuffed with luxury amenities like a pool, a spa, a game room, a theatre room, a wine room, a gym and also offers lovely views of the mountains.

Las Vegas is a property haven for the Maloof family. The family purchased the Fiesta Hotel for $8 million in 1994 and sold it for more than $185 million in 2000. The proceeds were used to build the Palms hotel and Casino. The family also diversified into the entertainment and sports business.
Late in May 2013, the Maloof family announced the sale of the Sacramento Kings to the Vivek Ranadiv Group for a total of $534 million.
"We congratulate Vivek Ranadive and the entire Sacramento investor group for their willingness to come forward and purchase the franchise for the people of Sacramento. We are confident they will provide the stewardship necessary to continue to guide the organization to successful levels," George Maloof said in a statement.
