Val Kilmer Reacts To Rumors About His Second Health Scare Report

There are rumors that came out that Val Kilmer was hospitalized and admitted in the ICU at the UCLA Medical Center. Last Thursday, Oct. 22, Radar Online reported that the "Batman Forever" actor was admitted in the hospital under the name of "Oscar Davis." A source claimed that Kilmer "had a tracheotomy tube, IVs, and several other machine hookups trailing from his body as he was wheeled through the ICU on a gurney."

According to E! Online, last Thursday afternoon the "Top Gun" actor addressed his second health scare rumors through his Facebook Page. Kilmer wrote on his Facebook, "Thank you all for your love and support. There's a rumor I'm unwell again and in hospital which is totally untrue." He continued, "I was in to verify I have no tumor or infection of any kind, which was verified by the very caring experts at UCLA."

This was not the first time that Kilmer was reported to be hospitalized. Back in January, TMZ reported that he was brought to the hospital when the 911 got a call coming from Val's Malibu Home that says "he was bleeding from his throat."

He was then taken to UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica where doctors performed surgery and he stayed in the ICU to get his full recovery.

US Magazine reported that it was also through Facebook that Kilmer spoke about his condition as he posted, "Thank you for all your sweet support. But I have not had a tumor, or a tumor operations, or any operation. I had a complication where the best way to receive care was to stay under the watchful eye of the ucla ICU."

Kilmer also explained that, "Friends have assisted who know my spiritual convictions and have been most sensitive and kind for the extra effort in making sure there's minimum gossip and silly talk." He continued and said, "I am praying for a speedy return to the boards as they say. God bless you all and please don't worry. Love and deep affection, Val."

It has been reported that Val has been seen wearing scarves and handkerchiefs in public and with the second health scare rumors fans can't help but worry about his real condition.
