Actress Jessica Alba and her producer husband Cash Warren have dumped $2 million on a bare 12.9 acre land in Beverly Hills, California.
The Real Estalker claims that the happy couple purchased the lot sometime back in March 2013 under a trust through which they have previously also made real estate purchases. No news is available about what the couple plan to build on the sprawling lot. However, listing records revealed that "tentative" development rights were available for the lot.
This is not the first piece of real estate the couple own in Beverly Hills. Alba and Warren have a beautiful home tucked away in the heights in Beverly Hills. Alba recently opened doors of her charming two-story Mediterranean home to DomaineHome.com. She decorated the home herself. She told the website how she gave the residence a vintage look using old family photographs and Craigslist.
"I find that things that are mass-produced these days don't have the touch that older things have - I also like the story behind something, the fact that it's had a life," Alba said.
"When we moved we asked all of our family members on both sides to send old photos ... It's nice having the kids grow up with their family around them - especially because they are racially diverse," she added.

As much as the home is stunning, it is also eco-friendly. Alba is popularly known as the eco-friendly evangelist. She founded an eco-friendly children's' products firm "The Honest Company".
Talking about her undertaking, she says:
"When I became a mom, I finally became the person I am, that I always should have been. It's the most satisfying job in the world. But, it can also be overwhelming and confusing. I created The Honest Company to help moms and to give all children a better, safer start."
