The home has quite the celebrity history. It was once owned by silent film actor, Harold Lloyd. Apparently, Marilyn Monroe also shot a scene for "How to Marry a Millionaire" on the property. For the scene, she "lounged by the pool in a red diamanté-studded swimming-costume, repeating the line, 'I hate careless men', and asking every now and then for a glass of Coke", according to the Telegraph.

Jackie Chan was recently in the news for being reported dead by the media. Apparently, the rumor started off at mediafetcher.com, which claimed that the actor died while performing a stunt in Austria for an upcoming movie, reports MSN News.
However, he reassured his fans that he was alive and kicking, posting a message on Facebook:
"If I died, I would probably tell the world! I took a photo with today's date, just in case you don't believe me! However, thank you all for your concern."
