The "P.S. I Love You" actress, Hillary Swank, has reportedly relisted her Pacific Palisades home for $9.45 million. The home was put up for sale sometime back in September 2012 for the same price.
According to the Real Estalker, the home went under escrow within a few weeks of its listing for an unknown price by an unknown buyer and fell out of escrow in a week. The listing was removed in May 2013 and now the home has returned to the market without dropping a single penny from the asking price.
