Pop Songstress Cher has reportedly purchased a Beverly Hills home for $2.1 million that once belonged to "Modern Family" star Ed O'Neill. The latter sold the home for $1.7 million in 2007.
According to the Trulia Blog, the home is rumored to be purchased for Cher's son, Elijah Blue Allman. However, whether the mother or the son is going to live in the house still remains unconfirmed.
Listing records of the residence states that the home is a 3089 square feet single family residence sitting on a private, gated 25000 square feet land. The home comprises of four bedrooms and three bedrooms and two fireplaces.

Built in 1957, the quaint, 3,090-square-foot home features a master suite befitting a diva, two fireplaces, a private sitting area, wood-beamed ceilings and a master closet that has been "re-imagined to fulfil the desires of the discerning buyer." The year 2013 has been a very active real estate period for Cher. She just sold her Sierra Towers condo and her Venice home for $5.25 million and $1.95 million, respectively. More recently, reports of her Malibu Manse being snagged by rapper Jay Z and wife Beyonce hit the brokerbabble.
The manse was featured in the August 2002 issue of Architectural Digest. Interiors of the residence speak of her elegant taste. The 13,126 square feet residence features Italian renaissance architecture clad in stone walls and flooring. Cher had hired designer friend Ron Wilson to decorate the home. The residence has formal dining and living space all spread across two floors. The home offers beautiful ocean views and a large infinity pool as well.

On the career front, Cher's new album's release is inching closer. Slated to be released in September, the singer is making good use of her time involving in real estate affairs. As for the affairs of the heart, Cher has had her share of lovers and in a recent interview she claimed actor Tom Cruise was one of her top five lovers!
