Touring the Los Angeles Abode of Designer Nate Berkus and Fiancé Jeremiah Brent

Famous interior designer and talk show host Nate Berkus and his fiancé, Jeremiah Brent, recently opened doors of their Los Angeles home to the Harper Bazaar magazine. Their new abode is a beautiful lair done in classic moody colors - black, brown, green, grey and white.

According to the feature at Harper's Bazaar, when the engaged couple walked into the home for the first time Brent broke into tears, overwhelmed with the classic beauty of the place. The home is a Hollywood regent style residence that was designed by famous startchitect, John Elgin Woolf in 1939. It has two bedrooms with a large living room, a nice green-black kitchen and other cozy amenities. Outside, the house provides for a lovely garden and panoramic views of the hills.

Talking about the house, Brent tells the magazine:

"When we first heard about the house, we were obsessed by the idea of it because of the architect."

"Having coffee in the morning in that house makes every early call time, crazy travel schedule, and meeting worth it. It's the greatest feeling," he added.

Though the couple has re-decorated and transformed the place to suit their tastes and style, speculations about if they actually own the house or are renting it, remain. According to the Real Estalker, the decorator duo might just be renting the house. Meanwhile other reports suggest that the pair own the house. Whatever the status of ownership may be, the home is beautiful and soothing.

Meanwhile, Berkus has been on a total real estate spree. He recently sold his Chicago condo and listed his Manhattan one.
