"American Idol" Season 11 winner Phillip Phillips is officially off the market as he finally tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend, Hannah Blackwell. According to Life And Style Weekly, the couple dated for seven years before they got married.
PEOPLE shared that Phillips reps confirmed the good news to them. The two met at the charity event hosted by Phillip's sister seven years ago. Phillips said in an interview, "I'm so excited" and added, "What I love most about her is she's my best friend and I can tell her anything. I just love her."
While Hannah got this to say, "I feel like when I met Phillip, he was the answer to so many questions that I had. He just makes everything make sense for me."
According to US Weekly, Phillips and Blackwell got married last Oct. 24 at Resora Plantation in Atlanta, Georgia. They shared such beautiful and joyous celebration in front of 250 family and friends. Blackwell was a stunning bride wearing a wedding gown designed by Hailey Paige, while the dashing groom is in a Billy Reid tux.
It has been reported that the newly-wedded couple continued their celebration by hosting a "Southern-Style Reception" on Sunday before they fly out for their honeymoon, according to TV Guide.
The "Home" singer popped the question last Christmas wherein Phillip gladly shared it on social media. He posted their happily engaged photo, showing off the ring on his official Facebook page and captioned it with, "My best Christmas surprise is happening. We're engaged yall! @HannahBlackwell!"

It was also reported that at that time Hannah also showed off her engagement ring on her Instagram account and captioned it, "I've been dreaming of this for over 20 years. I've been dreaming of this guy for just that long. Overwhelmed with happiness. @phillphill."
