Reality show, "Flipping Out" star, Jeff Lewis is reportedly flipping out in Los Feliz, Los Angeles. He has listed a Tudor-style home on the open market with a $3.2 million price tag.
According to the Real Estalker, the home is a 3,730 square feet residence sitting on 0.36 acre hillside lot. Lewis purchased the home in 2004 for around $1.2 million and sold it in 2006 for $2.7 million. However, the buyers lost the home to foreclosure and Lewis purchased the home a second time for $1.6 million in 2011. He has listed the place for sale again.
Listing records of the home state that the residence has three bedrooms, three full and one half bathroom. Interiors of the home are plush with large glass windows and doors and mixed flooring and beamed ceilings. Living spaces include a living room, a dining area, a modern kitchen and a bar area. Outside, the home has a barbecue, a large swimming pool and ample seating areas.

PEOPLE magazine covered a feature on the home in March 2013, where Lewis was all praises for the residence.
According to the feature:
The universe clearly wanted us together," he says. After a 12-month remodel ("We went a little crazy," he admits), Lewis and his partner of four years, Gage Edward, 27, are thrilled to be back.
"Each morning Gage and I walk our dogs, and I say a little prayer of gratitude," he says. "This house has helped me find balance."
Now that they're settled in with their three dogs, one cat and loyal housekeeper (and fan favorite) Zoila Chavez, "we're kind of like the poor man's Downton Abbey," Lewis jokes. "But we're a very happy family." One that may be expanding shortly.
Lewis even gave them a little tour of the home. Check it out in a video below:
