Richard Gere Selling New Haven Estate for $65 Million

The charming "Pretty Woman" actor, Richard Gere, has reportedly listed his large estate in New Haven, New York, for $65 million. The estate covers more than six acres of sprawling greens and is one of the plushest properties of the area.

Listing records of the estate state that the private estate has over 300 feet of water frontage and also has a dock. The parcel has a single family residence, which is the main unit on the lot. The home is approximately 12,000 square feet comprising of 12 bedrooms and 12 full bathrooms.

Interiors of the home show large airy rooms with wood framed glass doors and windows, dark hardwood floors and moderate ceilings. Outside, the home has large recreational areas, an open shaded sitting area with a fireplace and rolling greens. An infinity pool, a tea house, a small pond, a separate guest house and manicured gardens complete the exteriors.

While Gere has his Hamptons estate on the market, he was recently spotted visiting the Six Flags Great Adventure's new Safari Off Road Adventure with model wife, Carey Lowell, and his son who just turned 13.

As Gere's son gets older Gere shows no signs of aging. A feature in IndiaToday describes him as "Hollywood Heat". He is apparently gearing up for a brand new Indo-American project worth over $30 million.
