Diesel is currently busy promoting the third installment of the hit action drama movie "Riddick". The movie is slated for an early September release and Diesel is busy talking about the movie everywhere. More recently at the Comic Con panel for Riddick, he interacted enthusiastically with his fans and revealed a completely different side to his reel life personality.

According to Vanity Fair, Diesel revealed a soft side. He talked about how he is not as tough and cold like the anti-hero (with night-vision!) he plays in Riddick.

"Everything I do in character, I take seriously. What's inside of Riddick is so scary that, now that I have kids, and I watch Riddick, there is a part of me that feels guilty for having such a darkness in that character. Because I look at what he's doing and I think, "That wasn't cool. He shouldn't have killed him. . .the physical aspect of these characters is a little bit more natural to me but the emotion that you put behind the fighting is really the [most important] part of that process," he said.
