Enrique Murciano Sells Los Angeles Bachelor Pad for $2.04 Million (PHOTOS)

Enrique Murciano of the "666 Park Avenue" fame has reportedly sold his Los Angeles bachelor pad for $2.04 million. The residence sold within two months of listing and that too for a neat profit.

Murciano listed the home for $1.7 million in May 2013. However, the home has sold well above the asking price.

According to the listing, the home is a private, gated and secluded property located in the Woodrow Wilson neighborhood of Sunset Strip, Hollywood Hills. The residence is a 2709 square feet place sitting on a 0.46 acre lot. The home comprises of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Built in 1962, the home has large glass doors and windows, carpeted and marble floors and ample outdoor sitting areas.

Living interiors include a large drawing room, an office/den, a modern kitchen, large bedrooms and a cozy dining area. Outside, the home has a wooden sitting area, a large pool and a parking garage.

While not flipping homes for a huge profit, Murciano is busy shooting for "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes", a sequel to "The rise of the Planet of the Apes". The movie revolves around a group of surviving humans who are the only people who escape a deadly virus and a growing nation of genetically evolved apes who go to war with each other to emerge as the dominant species of planet Earth.

More recently, at the Comic Con Panel, the first image of the movie was released by 20th Century Fox. The image features "an angry Caesar and his friends in the woods as an all out war with the humans looks to be brewing." The movie is slated for a July 2014 release, reports whatculture.com.
