The "Green Lantern" actor, Ryan Reynolds is trying his luck again at selling away his Hollywood Hills home, re-listing it for around $1.6 million. The house was last listed for the same price in late 2011 but was however removed from the market, failing to sell then.
According to the Zillow Blog, Reynolds purchased the home sometime back in 2007 for $1.7 million, while he was still married to actress Scarlett Johansson. Apparently, the couple never really lived in the house. The residence debuted in the market with a $1.69 million price tag in 2011, received a small price chopper and was then taken off the market.
However, now that the real estate markets are flourishing, Reynolds hopes to find a buyer for his old bachelor pad.
Listing records of the home state that the residence is a cozy 1789 square feet single family house. Sitting on a 16,360 square feet lot, the place comprises of two bedrooms and two full and one half bathroom. Interior photos show dark hardwood floors and large glass doors and windows.

More recently, in April 2013 news of Reynolds and his pretty actress wife, Blake Lively shifting to a home in the Westchester County town of Pound Ridge, New York, hit the tabloids. The couple bought the estate under a trust that Reynolds used to purchase his Bedford, New York and Los Angeles homes. Apparently, any active listing could not be found on the estate. An eyewitness reportedly saw the couple's car moving in and out of the property many a times. The witness also saw trucks hauling loads of furniture to the residence.
The hot couple have always kept their personal affairs a very private matter. First, their marriage, then, the new home and now, 'a baby'. The paparazzi recently went crazy over rumors of Lively being pregnant with Reynolds' baby. However, a rep rubbished all the rumors.
"The story is 100% false. Blake is not pregnant," the rep said to Us Weekly.
