A new report about the Motorola Droid Turbo 2 surfaced on Monday, saying that the device will be officially launched tomorrow, Oct. 27. Aside from the device's rumored release date, specs and features have been leaked via a spec sheet which reveals some information about the smartphone's screen, battery, camera, and memory, among others, iDigital Times said.
Last week, a "spec sheet" of what appeared to be the Motorola Droid Turbo 2 made rounds online. Android Community via its Twitter account posted a photo believed to be a "spec sheet" of the rumored smartphone. The photo caption read: "DROID Turbo 2 info sheet leaked days before launch."

"Based on the document sighted, the DROID Turbo 2 will definitely have a shatterproof display. The phone will boast of a wide angle 5MP selfie camera, 21MP rear camera, fast charging feature, and a card slot for memory expansion up to 2TB. It's believed that the DROID Turbo 2 can give off a maximum of 12 hours of phone usage even after only 15 minutes of charging. And just like the DROID Maxx 2, it will have a 48-hour battery life. That's very generous of Motorola to pack all those specs inside the DROID Turbo 2," Android Community said.
According to iDigital Times, Motorola Droid Turbo 2 is expected to be sold exclusively for Verizon. It was said that the soon-to-be-released device comes with a $300 credit promotional offering to "customers who trade in an old smartphone, even if it has physical damage."
"The device will be announced alongside the Motorola Droid Maxx 2 next Tuesday. The Droid Maxx 2 is expected to be the U.S. version of the Moto X Play, likely featuring a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chip, a 5.5-inch Full HD display, 2 GB of RAM and a 3,630 mAh battery," the report noted.
