The "Rabiosa" singer, Shakira, has reportedly listed her home near South Beach in Miami for $14.9 million. The Latina crooner purchased the place for around $3.3 million sometime back in September 2001.
Wondering why she listed the place for that much? Apparently, Shakira gave the place some great touches, adding three extra bedrooms to the already existing trio and added four more bathrooms as well, reports Forbes. She also expanded the initial 6672 square footage to 8372 square feet, adding an extra 1700 square feet to the residence.
According to the listing records at Zillow, the home was once listed back in 2011 for an unknown amount. Perhaps it was a private listing. However, it was removed in March 2012.
Currently, the home has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms all done up with exquisite style. The home exudes a very "Zen" style all clad in white, set against a blue Miami sky backdrop. Outside, the home has spacious sitting areas, a nice clear pool and a private deck too! Pictures of the interiors aren't available. However, Trulia states that the home has light hardwood floors and is stacked with state-of-the-art appliances.

While Shakira is selling one water-front home, she has also been spending some nice holiday time with footballer beau, Gerard Pique and her six-month-old son, Milan in another water-surrounded area, Hawaii. The happily unmarried couple posted pictures of their vacation, all of which scream "Awesome!"
