Taylor Swift’s Childhood Home Debuts in Market asking $799,500

Pop/country crooner Taylor Swift's childhood home in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, has hit the listing market with an asking price of $799,500.

Swift may have launched her star career at age 14 in "country music capital", Nashville, but her musical inclinations developed long before when she lived with her parents in Wyomissing. She spent her childhood in the beautiful three-story classical revival home where she grew up practicing guitar, reports Realtor.com.

This particular house has been renovated beautifully. Spanning three quarters of an acre, the 5050 square feet home has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Interiors of the home feature French doors and windows, light hardwood flooring and wooden staircases connecting all the floors.

Large and airy living spaces provide for a comfortable living experience. According to the photos of the house, the residence is surrounded by ample greens.

Swift is not only famous for breaking chartbuster records but is quite popular in the real estate scenario too. Just like her songs about her exes, her home buying and selling spree near her current or ex's residences has always been the talk of the town.

Swift was rumored to have bought a home in Cape Cod in 2012, just near then boyfriend Connor Kennedy's family home. Though property records show that the home was purchased by Swift's real estate managing company, Swift waved it off as a rumor. She was also enticed by the charms of the countryside in Cheshire, North West England, where her latest dumped One Direction boyfriend, Harry Styles traces his roots.

More recently, she purchased a grand Rhode Island mansion for around $17 million. A man was arrested for trying to trespass on her home.

Swift now lives in the mansion with her parents. However, she just gave a concert at the Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts for a sold-out crowd of more than 55,000 fans with special guest, Carly Simon. According to the New York Times, "Swift learned the art of a good breakup ballad from one of the best" as they sang "You're so Vain" together to the crowd's sheer delight.
