‘Apple’ News: Android Users will be Able to Use Apple Music as Implied by Leaked Screenshots

Mobile Geeks, a German website, posted a screenshot of Apple Music for Android and says that Apple is currently implementing a private beta test with Android users.

Android users will be expecting the same identical functionality of the Apple Music on any Android phones and on an iPhone such as Beats 1 Radio, access to the full Apple Music catalog, and a strong recommendation engine.

Moreover, iOS users will be very furious if they knew some functions are only for Android-powered devices such as the ability to change the size of the cache for songs saved for offline playback. With most Android users able to upgrade their phone's memory storage, the idea may seem to not fit the market.

What is more interesting is the build of the App for the Android counterpart." According to MacWorld, The app by and large looks like the iOS version, but it integrates some Android design conventions, such as the Hamburger menu in the upper right corner."

Rather than try to recreate a complete iOS feel, Apple's redesign uses lots of Android UI elements like a slide-out sidebar navigation and the much-ballyhooed hamburger menu. This is a departure from other "translations," like Google's YouTube iOS app, which adheres strictly to the company's Material Design framework, with no attempt to blend into the iOS look and feel, Venture Beat says.

The app currently has 15 million subscribers according to Tim Cook. Apple has previously announced that the film says when it comes to Android rumors, and this wouldn't be the first hint that an Android version of Apple Music is near.

Android users would be able to experience the Apple Music and is expected to release in fall.

This is not the first time for Apple to launch an Android app. In fact, Apple has released an app for Android (excluding Chomp), the first being their "Move to iOS" app that got pummeled by some hilarious reviews on launch day.

Is it a bright move for Apple to share the iOS experience of those who have downloaded the application?
