'Arrow' Season 4 Episode 4 Spoilers: Sara Suffers in Lazarus Pit, Oliver Learns Something About Captain Lance

"Arrow" Season 4 Episode 4 entitled "Beyond Redemption" features what happened to Sara (guest star Caity Lotz) after she was resurrected from the Lazarus Pit while Oliver (Stephen Amell) will learn a surprising truth about Captian Lance (Paul Blackthorne).

As Sara was brought back from the dead from Ra's al Ghul's Lazarus Pit, she will be changing and will become very aggressive, eventually losing her conscience. The Thea Queen will experience insanity and uncontrolled rage. Because of Sara's situation, Laurels'(Katie Cassidy) career as a Star City vigilante will be set aside. It was indicated that both father and daughter will have to pay a heavy price because of bringing back Sara from the dead, We Got This Covered reported.

To recall, Laurel and Thea (Willa Holland) asked Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman) and Nyssa (Katrina Law) to bring Sara back. Thea experience bloodlust which according to her father is a repercussion of using the pit. To threaten her, her father set up two assassins which were both killed by Thea. Hence, Malcolm agreed to bring Sara back, International Business Times reported.

Meanwhile, viewers will see Detective Lance facing Sara who is very furious and full of rage. He would get a gun and point it on Sara while closing his eyes indicating that he is left with no choice because of what Sara has become.

On the same episode, Oliver found a video grab of Captain Lance talking to Damien Darhk. Oliver will be wondering if Captain Lance is conniving with Damien Darhk or if he is merely asking him to save his daughter Sara and would decide to confront him.

The synopsis for the "Arrow" Season 4 Episode 4 that will air on Wednesday at 8 p.m. EST on The CW, reads: "Laurel (Katie Cassidy) must deal with the repercussions of taking Sara (guest star Caity Lotz) to Nanda Parbat. Meanwhile, Oliver (Stephen Amell) asks Captain Lance (Paul Blackthorne) for a favor and while he's not surprised at the response, he is surprised at what he finds out next."
