David Cassidy of the popular 70s sitcom "The Partridge Family" has reportedly listed his home in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for sale asking for $4.49 million.
Cassidy was a sensation both among the girls and also for his music. He was one of the most celebrated teen idols of his time. Lately, he appeared on the 2011 Celebrity apprentice reality show.
According to the listing records, the home is a 7016 square feet home sitting on a 0.44 acre lot. Comprising of five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the residence has an open floor plan and custom built in closets and cabinetry.

Cassidy's Harbor Beach home is said to have been rebuilt in 2006 and offers a total of five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The property boasts a huge master suite with its own formal entry, an exercise room, a patio and a separate office with a fireplace. Other highlights include a second-floor "guest VIP suite" with a separate sitting area and balcony, a host of custom finishes and a backyard oasis complete with a pool, spa and boat dock. No word on whether the speedboat pictured in the listing is included in Cassidy's asking price.

Cassidy is one man whose fame just doesn't die down. He can still drive the crowd crazy belting out tunes from his guitar and crooning away to glory. He keeps giving concerts now and then.
