The next episode of "Reign" Season 3 won't be airing this week as the show will take a break before it airs episode 4. It was reported that in the new episode, Mary (Adelaide Kane) will be making the ultimate sacrifice.
According to Christian Today, the new episode of "Reign" Season 3 will show Francis' (Toby Regbo) health deteriorating by the minute. In the preview for episode 4, Mary is seen crying and looking for ways to save her husband. In the promo video, Sebastian (Torrance Coombs) can be heard saying, "The price of another's life."
According to the video, it seems like Mary will do everything in her power to make her husband live when she said, "If the price is my life for his, bring him back."
Aside from Francis, Mary is also facing another problem as she discovered that her mother sent her an urgent message saying that things are becoming worse in Scotland. According to the synopsis for episode 4, Mary will be asking Francis for help in such crisis too.
It was reported that the mother of Mary, Marie de Guise, played by Amy Brenneman, will be appearing in the new episode as she will deliver the news about Scotland's current state to her daughter. Marie is also very ill and it is expected that she will also die soon.
Fans are already anticipating Francis' death anytime soon as the executive producer already revealed the fate of the character in this season. However, Venture Capital Post reports that fans will still be with Francis for a longer time since he will still be alive in the next couple of episodes.
Meanwhile, Queen Catherine (Megan Follows) will be confronting Lord Narcisse (Craig Parker) as she wants to make her position as the regent to Charles (Spencer MacPherson) clear.
"Reign" Season 3 episode 4, titled "The Price," will air on The CW on Nov. 6.
