Justin Bieber dominated the recent MTV Europe Music Awards (EMAs) 2015 held in Milan, Italy on Oct. 25, Sunday. Bieber bagged five awards, including the titles for Best Male Performer, Best Look and Best Collaboration with Skrillex and Diplo for "Where Are U Now?" He also bagged EMAs Worldwide Act Award in the North American Category as well as the award for Biggest Fans.
All clad in red with his boyish charms, Bieber performed his hit single "Where Are U Now?" for the hollering crowd. "It's been a long couple of years. I just feel it's awesome to be recognized for my music," Bieber told the audience as he accepted his first award for Best Male Performer.
As he received his award for Best Collaboration, Bieber expressed his gratitude saying, "It's been a pretty good night." By the time he received his last award, he ran out of words to say and merely said, "Wow" and "I don't know what to say, I got these looks from my mamma."
Country singer Taylor Swift, on the other hand, won in only one category: Best Song for "Bad Blood" featuring Kendrick Lamar. Public viewers were disappointed with the win considering that Swift led all the artists after having been nominated for nine awards. Rihanna won Best Female Performer and Nicki Minaj won an award for Best Hip Hop. All of the three performers were not in attendance to accept their awards, although Minaj sent her filmed acceptance speech.
Ed Sheeran had a fully booked night, hosting the show as well as rendering a performance with the British dance act Rudimental for "Lay it On Me." He also bagged two awards for himself for Best Live Act and Best World Stage. He also expressed his excitement in hosting the show, saying "Italy is one of my favorite countries.. It's nice to be hosting a show here."

This is the third time that the MTV EMAs was held in Italy and the second time for Milan to be the host city. The event was hosted by Ed Sheeran and co-hosted by "Orange is the New Black" star Ruby Rose.
