Guitar god Carlos Santana might have settled down peacefully in his brand new $6 million home in Las Vegas, but looks like he is in a super hurry to unload his former abode- even if he does not earn a profit on it. Santana has reportedly knocked off $250,000 from the asking price of his previous Vegas pad and has now listed it for $3.49 million.
According to Realtor.com, Santana purchased the home sometime back in 2010 for $3.5 million. The latest price chopper indicates that if the home sells for the amount, he will neither make a profit nor be hit by a loss.
Listing records of the home state that the residence is a 7241 square feet residence sitting on a 0.47 acre lot. The house comprises of four bedrooms and six bathrooms. The interiors boast a hardwood and tiled floors with large glass windows and doors.
Living spaces include two large drawing rooms, two family rooms, two dining areas and a den. The double-story home also has a state-of-the-art kitchen with a built in pantry, a wet bar and a media room.
Outside, the home has a built-in barbecue, large patios and courtyards, an in ground spa with a waterfall, a dog run and three covered parking spaces.
