Paul Wesley, best known as "Stefan Salvatore", one of the Salvatore brothers in the popular horror-drama series 'The Vampire Diaries,' and wife Torrey DiVitto are bracing up for an 'amicable divorce' and the not-so-in-love duo have already put up their Los Angeles home on the listing market with a $1.6 million price tag.
According to Trulia.com, the couple might be selling the property as a part of the divorce deal. Most divorces require the property to either be split or sold, and this couple has decided to sell. No news about how the proceeds from the sale will be split is known yet.
Listing records of the home state that the residence is a 3,262 square feet, three bedroom, three bathroom single family residence. The couple purchased it back in December 2011, just after they got hitched earlier in April that year, for around $980,000.
The lovely two-story home has dark hardwood floors, large French doors and windows, with high ceilings and spacious, airy rooms. The home is a private, gated property with ample recreation and outdoor areas, lined with a beautiful garden and fountains.

Wesley and DiVitto have decided to call it quits just after two years of marriage. The couple intend on remaining friends even after the split. Why have they split? No official word on the reasons but one of the causes might be that the two were living "2000 miles apart". According to Yourtango.com, Wesley was living full time in Atlanta to shoot for TVD while DiVitto lived in Sunny, Los Angeles.
The announcement of their split comes amid news of co-stars, Nina Dobrev (Elena/Catherine) and Ian Somerhalder (Damon Salvatore) breaking up after dating for three years.
