Yvonne Strahovski, the pretty actress who played Hannah McKay, Dexter's love interest in the seventh season of thriller-drama hit series "Dexter," has reportedly listed her home in Laurel Canyon, Los Angeles, with a price tag of $1.2 million.
Strahovski's real estate portfolio includes another Beverly Hills pad, which is a four bed-four bath property. She purchased the home in March 2012. Now that she has moved to the plush place, she has listed the smaller home. Though smaller, the home is equally beautiful.
According to Trulia, Strahovski purchased the home in August 2009 for about $859,000. The home is a renovated 1545 square feet single family residence comprising of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The double story home has light hardwood flooring, large glass windows and doors and an open plan construction.

While McKay's comeback is bound to spice up the series even more, Strahovski has a more exciting project in her kitty. She is currently in Victoria, Australia, shooting for "I, Frankenstein", a horror thriller adaptation of Kevin Grevioux's comics also starring Aaron Eckhart as Adam Frankenstein. The movie is slated for a January 2014 release.
