Celebrity Real Estate: Kim Howe's Malibu Estate Listed for $12M

A Malibu estate owned by Kim Howe, who died in the internationally publicized multi-car collision involving Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner in February 2015 on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, is up for sale at $12 million. The Point Dume property had been purchased by Kim Howe and her late husband in 1993 for a bargain price of $555,837.

The 1.05-acre property above Westward Beach possesses spectacular coastline, ocean and sunset views. The gated property is a clunky, early-1980s mock-Tudor that is set down a long drive that passes a tennis court on its way to a brick accented concrete motor court and a detached garage for three.

According to Variety, the 4,976-square-foot residence has four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and four fireplaces. Formal living and dining rooms are connected to a den or office, a kitchen, and a family room with a convenient full bathroom. The house also features a guesthouse that provides another two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has multi-level terraces that extend the full width of the house and a yard that slopes to a vertiginous, 30-foot plus bluff.

A quick look at various property records database indicates that Howe owned quite a bit of real estate, including a 3,446-square-foot house in Phoenix; a three-bedroom and three bathroom townhouse-type condo in Pacific Palisades; a vacant 1.85-acre residential parcel in the upscale Bell Canyon community in L.A.'s suburbs; and a 6,173-square-foot mock-Med residence in an affluent gated development in Calabasas, which was acquired in 2003 from former professional baseball player Bret Saberhagen for $2.525 million. The Calabasas property is said to be not far from the Kardashians.

Ebuzz Now said that the property of Kim Howe is above Westward Beach and is being advertised without any footage of the interior.

The mansion estate offers joining rooms, pantry and various rooms with complete bathroom amenities; it also features a secluded guesthouse which has two bathrooms and two bedrooms, perfect for having guests over.
