Rapper Kanye West might be busy playing doting father to his newborn daughter, North West, and having trouble doing diaper duty but 'daddy troubles' are not his only woes. He still hasn't had any luck selling off his bachelor pad in Hollywood Hills. He has just slashed off another chunk of money from the asking price and listed it for $2.8 million.
West had initially listed the home in 2010 for around $3.9 million. However, desperate to unload the home, he was ready to drop the price and re-listed the place for $3.3 million. On March 5, it was reported that West had finally snagged a buyer for his home. However, the home went in and out of escrow within a matter of weeks and returned to the open listing market with the same price tag.
Still sitting unclaimed, the home has received another pricechopper. When the home initially hit the market, experts said the place would probably fetch around $2.5 million. However, West decided to take a chance and rake in a little profit on the home.
According to the public records, the home is a 4214 square feet residence, located at 7882 Fareholm Drive. West purchased the home in 2003 for around $1.7 million. The three bedroom, four bathroom home features modern architecture and interiors.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West now live in a home in Los Angeles. Though Kardashian was seen outside only once, West has been touring the globe. The tabloids were flood with news of West abandoning Kim and baby North at home. However, a source close to West exclusively told HollywoodLife.com that he missed his girls all the time:
"Everything he does is for Kim and the baby. So when he jets out, believe me, it's for something that's got a lot of money attached - and that money is for his family. If it's about cash or something else that's benefiting Kanye and the family, you can miss him with all that. That trip was for business only and he's back at home anyway," the source said.
He looked miserable all the time in Greece, reports The Mirror. Clearly, he loves his family a lot. More recently, West purchased two 'Prombron Iron Diamonds' by Dartz Motorz inspired by the presidential limo, spending $1.2 million on each car for his family, reports The Independent.
