Sophina Brown of ‘Numb3rs’ Gives her West Hollywood Home another Go; Now Asking $799,000

Sophina Brown, who is perhaps best known for playing 'Nikki Betancourt,' a smart ex-LAPD cop in CBS crime/drama series 'Numb3rs', has reportedly relisted her bachelorette pad in West Hollywood for $799,000. This is the home's second stint in the market, according to Zillow.

Public records of the home show that the home last sold in 2007 for $875,000. The residence was first listed sometime in April 2010 asking $850,000. Just after a month, it was delisted. However, looks like the home is back in the market, this time with a slimmer price tag. The actress has knocked off $51,000 from the original asking price. Looks like, she will sell for a loss.

Listing records of the home state that the residence is a 1220 square feet duplex condo, which is a part of the Laurel Avenue Apartment building. The home comprises of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The residence has an open plan, multiple balconies that offer splendid views of the city and its skyline.
