'The Great Gatsby' actor Leonardo DiCaprio's Malibu home has returned to the 'for-sale' market with a $4 million pricechopper. The home is now listed for $18.9 million, according to several news reports.
The home has gone through its own real estate ups and downs. DiCaprio first offered the home for rent in May 2012 for $75,000 a month. In November that year, the home was up for sale with a $23 million price tag. However, sitting unclaimed then, the house was offered up for rent in February again for the same rental price. Currently the home is tenant occupied. The residence will not be vacated until Labor Day, reports Zillow.
The property has three units all encompassed in a 17,679 square feet lot. The estate comprises of a four bedroom main unit, a detached two bedroom guest house and a one bedroom office space. The place has six full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The home has mixed flooring with wooden doors and large glass windows.

DiCaprio purchased the home in 2002 for around $6 million. If he sells for the current asking price, he will make a huge profit. He is now shacked up in Battery Park, New York City, where he owns a penthouse. He is also apparently looking for a home in Manhattan, reports the New York Post.
When not flipping homes, DiCaprio is doing 'flips.' More recently, he was spotted vacationing in Ibiza, Spain, with friends and recent model beau, Toni Garnn. According to digitaljournal.com, the actor enjoyed an afternoon at sea with friends and tried out a Flyboard, a board connected to turbines and jets, which propelled him high into the air. He then flipped and dived into the water.
